In a repeat of Season 1 where it stood fourth in the final standings, NASR pulled off yet another 4th place finish at the end of PUBG Mobile Pro League Arabia (PMPL Arabia) Season 2.
While Season 2 featured 20 teams just like Season 1, what changed this year was 11 invited teams as opposed to 10 teams in S1. NASR was one of the 11 invited teams by virtue of its 4th-place finish in S1.
In a repeat of the S1 format, 20 teams from the MENA region battled for a share of the US$ 150,000 prize pool with a winner’s purse of US$ 14,500.
The top 8 teams from PMPL Arabia Season 2 qualified for the PMPL MENA & South Asia Championship Season 1, the first-ever cross-region tournament. The top 10 teams advanced to PMPL Arabia Spring 2022. NASR earned a spot at both of these tournaments and took home US$ 11,500 prize money.
