NASR ESPORTS set the stage alight at Ooredoo Arena CS: GO 2021. Bringing the tournament to life amid intense competition, our CS: GO team demonstrated exhilarating play to sweep aside several challengers and prevail over a worthy opponent in the final.
Tipped as the Levant region favorites, NASR earned a hard-fought victory over UAE’s Divine Vendetta and with it the winner’s prize. Our team made its way through the group stage beating every other team in its group. In the upper bracket round 1 of the playoffs, NASR beat Panik xD by a convincing 16-8 margin only to go down 2-1 to Divine Vendetta in the upper bracket final. After being on the wrong side of that mega upset, the NASR team vowed to come back in the grand final and did so with a 3-1 win against Divine Vendetta. The grand final was nail-biting affair with close calls and intense moments that kept the audience on edge throughout.
