Team NASR’s Amjad “AngryBird” Alshalabi took home the top honors at the Brussels Challenge Major in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition. AngryBird blanked British pro, “Problem X”, with a 3-0 win.
The Brussels Challenge Major Edition 2019 is the region’s largest fighting game event and the first EU major of the season. The event attracts top fighting game talent from all over the world.
AngryBird used Zeku in the grand finals to overcome M. Bison by Problem X. The win earned 200 points and seventh place in the Capcom Pro Tour global leaderboard. If he can keep up this momentum, AngryBird has the opportunity to qualify for the Capcom Cup 2019.
